Coming Home

Sometimes the ache of the universe is too immense to hold and we get twisted in a swirling sea of despair

And then you come home

To remember love

To remove doubt

To release obstacles and to alchemize suffering

You return to hold me when I have stayed Awake

Sobbing and aching for remembrance

Of love

You call me back from the dark starry night and lead me to revisit the light

To hold a most loving gaze

And to cherish my days with praise

To open a path for heaven to lay form

for love to be born

Accepting and grounding

You are my mother

The fertile earth at my feet

The stunning place where souls meet

The unbounded heart that chose to be born and to live with a willingness to find God in all things
